Our Commitment

Dee Dee Digital is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying relevant accessibility standards.

Conformance Status

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities. Conformance with these guidelines helps make the web more user friendly for all people.

We are actively working to achieve full compliance and regularly review and improve our site based on accessibility audits.

Measures Taken

To support accessibility, Dee Dee Digital takes the following measures:

• Uses semantic HTML5 elements and ARIA landmarks
• Provides text alternatives for non-text content (alt text on images)
• Ensures sufficient color contrast for text and interactive elements
• Makes all functionality available via keyboard navigation
• Uses descriptive link text and button labels
• Includes ARIA labels on interactive components
• Tests with automated accessibility tools including WAVE

Known Limitations

While we strive for full accessibility, some areas of the site are still being improved:

• Some third-party embedded content (such as Vimeo videos and Calendly scheduling) may not fully conform to WCAG 2.1 AA. We encourage users to contact these providers directly if they experience issues.
• We are actively reviewing and improving color contrast across all page sections.
• ARIA attributes are being progressively added to all interactive elements.

Some content on this site is provided by third parties, including:

• Vimeo, video hosting and playback
• Calendly, appointment scheduling
• Google Fonts, typography

We cannot control the accessibility of third-party content, but we select providers who take accessibility seriously and will switch providers if accessibility becomes a concern.
